How to book your event…

• Step 1: To register an account, use the "Registration" menuitem.
• Step 2: Please visit the profiles of the hotels, gala venues and the Destination Management Companies.
• Step 3: Choose the ones you would like to contact. They will be selected in a cart.
• Step 4: Register your interest in the booking form.
• Step 5: Your form will be sent to the selected partners and the Hungarian Convention Bureau.
• Step 6: You will be contacted by us soon and we can discuss the further details of your event.
