The programme applies for confirmed events in Budapest that must take place until 30 June, 2012.
Events must be booked until 31 May, 2012.
”BUDAPEST - MORE THAN EXPECTED”
... programme is open to all international companies (meeting planners, event organiser agencies and companies). The Hungarian Convention Bureau sponsors complimentary room rental for the gala dinner or reception if your event or meeting planned to be organised in Hungary meet the following criteria:
- min. 50 participants,
- min. 2 nights in the campaign participating four or five star hotels,
- min. half day meeting in the hotel,
- cooperation with a campaign participating Hungarian DMC for the organisation of gala dinner or reception (catering, decoration, furniture, entertainment, technics).
